I am otherwise thin but carry my weight in my stomach. My son is getting married in July, how can I detox and cleanse safely and how often.
I see a detox as a reset button to eat healthily every day. Don’t worry about stomach fat too much – I think we all have that!
I have lead in my blood. I need to know how detox clear my blood from lead?

Has this been diagnosed by a doctor? There are supplements available to treat heavy metal in the blood, but if you have high levels this requires medical intervention.
I have been drinking detoxing water and was losing weight nicely but now I have started gaining weight again can you please help me still wants to losss more weight expecially my tommy is not coming down
Did you download my detox guide above? That has lots of info on following a detox. Detox water will help you lose weight as you are replacing food calories with water, but now you are probably eating more as you feel hungry. Eating the right foods in sensible quantities is the best way to lose weight.

I’m very skeptical on this. People most likely get good results as the suggested diets are healthier than a typical Western diet full of processed foodstuffs – but I don’t think there is any scientific proof that your blood type dictates what you should eat. As a nutritionist, I believe that it is your health conditions that dictate the best diet for you.
Can you eat eggs?
A few per week should be ok for a less extreme detox.
